WALNUT RECORD CABINET

This custom dark walnut record cabinet does all three, with a lift-top lid, integrated vertical vinyl storage, and concealed speaker panels.

The dark walnut was selected and matched for consistent grain across all visible faces, then finished to emphasize the wood's natural chocolate tones. The lift-top mechanism is fitted with ornate brass hinges, and the interior dimensions of the vinyl storage compartment were precisely sized to standard LP sleeves.

The speaker grille panel, a woven fabric in a custom-cut walnut frame, adds a mid-century modern reference that feels perfectly at home with a vinyl setup.
