My love for building custom furniture began as a hobby. As a lifelong artist, I have always loved working with my hands - from drawing, painting, and sculpting, to small woodworking projects. My hobby evolved into a passion when I apprenticed at a local woodworking shop, where I learned the care, attention, and craftsmanship required to transform raw materials into heirloom-quality furniture. From there, I began creating bespoke furniture for interior designers, small businesses, and private clients across Oklahoma, and Matulis Works was born.
